Coaches meeting

The coaches and coxswains meeting on Saturday will be in the referee tent rather than the Pavilion.

All coxswains must attend, as well as 1 representative from each participating club racing that day.

Shell Inspection

All racing shells must be inspected and weighed before they can be used in a race. Inspections are in front of the referee tent, from 12:00 noon on Friday until the end of racing, and from 6:00AM on Saturday.

Weather delay

Racing is delayed due to thunderstorms in the area. All coaches please come to the administration tent immediately so we can decide whether to continue waiting or reschedule the remainder of today's events.

Weigh-in hours are from 6:00AM to 10:00AM daily.

Dinner Sign-up Deadline

Anyone wishing to sign up for the spaghetti dinner in the Pavilion on Friday night must do so by 2:00PM on Friday. Price per person is $7.00. Admission at the door is subject to seating availability and is $10.00.
